After almost twenty years of selling hobby items to the public, Sid has decided to retire. All of our attention will be dedicated to the production shop known as Old Skool Airplanes. We will continue to sell all airplane and helicopter items to include parts and accessories. All Buyers Club members will have full access to inventory and at a lot lower cost. Distant customers will have access to many of our items on our new online store and at a substantial lower price.

We will reduce our current retail inventory, at a tremendous savings to you, over the next few weeks. We will continue to operate out of our current location but this could change. To have continued access to our exclusive items you will need to purchase a current Buyer's Club card and all the discounts will automatically apply.

Our exclusive items include Nicad, Nimh and a long list of Lipo batteries. Our new and improved line of CA and adhesives will be arriving shortly. Our own line of servo extensions and connectors are in stock. We have contracted a new line of servos and we have just completed a purchase of our own line of speed controls and brushless motors. Please don't forget that we also have our own line of laser cut and ARC kits from the good old days of pattern flying. We are continually searching for new items and with the new online store, items will start appearing soon for purchase.

Many rumors and lies have circulated about my retirement and the reasons are very simple. Over the last three years I have fought two deadly types of cancer and will continue to battle these terrible diseases. I would very much like to spend more time with my family and actually have more time for flying and racing. The current economic depression has the whole world upside down and I just don't have the strength to fight the government, distributors and the everyday struggles associated with running a successful business.

It has been a pleasure to serve many of you in the hobby business and with this next step I hope that we can continue a good business relationship. The achievements of Pyramid Hobbies and its employees have been outstanding. We have shipped to almost every part of the U.S. and to almost every corner of the world. It has been a lot of fun.
